Swedish/Prenatal
Swedish Massage focuses most often on relaxation, relying mostly on long, smooth strokes & gentle, yet firm, kneading techniques. Improves circulation & relieves muscle tension.
Prenatal massage focuses on the unique needs of the mother-to-be, increasing the flow of nutrients to the placenta, aiding in postural realignment, & relieving pain, cramps, & swelling. Uses specially designed prenatal table or sideline massage.

Deep Tissue
Uses slower strokes & deeper pressure. The therapist targets deeper muscle groups after first warming the tissue. Releases toxins from the tissues & gets blood & oxygen circulating properly. Releases patterns of tension & muscle soreness throughout the body.

Hot Stone

A unique blend of the relaxing strokes of the Swedish massage with stretching techniques of traditional Thai massage. Thai massage uses passive stretching & gentle pressure along the body's energy lines to increase flexibility & range of motion, relieving muscle & joint tension & balancing the body's energy systems.

Lymph Detox Massage

CANCELLATION POLICY
For services of $100 or more or for appointments set up for two people or more, we do ask for your credit card information over the phone to hold the appointment. Your treatment has been reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, and to avoid being charged 50% of your scheduled service, we ask that you give 24-hours notice if you need to change your appointment.
