Our Therapists

Laurie

Owner, LMT

Professional member of  AMTA

I graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 1995 at the top of my class and have been working as a massage therapist ever since. Later, I co-taught Massage Theory and Practice at the Omaha School of Massage Therapy for several years. I truly believe in how beneficial massage is for health and well-being because of my own experiences.

I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone. I also do facials and body wraps.

I am originally from New Jersey, but the military brought me to Nebraska in 1992. I have made roots here because of my two children and four grandchildren.

In my spare time, I enjoy being with my very special grandchildren, running, walking, and quilting.

The tremendous healing results I experienced as a client compelled me to pursue massage therapy as a practitioner. I attended Omaha School of Massage, received my license in 2010, and enjoy broadening my skill-base regularly through continued education.

I feel my work as a therapist brings the benefits I've experienced full-circle; I cherish the opportunity to collaborate with clients to encourage their wellness.

My specialties include reflexology, Swedish/Thai, deep tissue, and basic Swedish massage.

In my free time, you can find me running, quilting, drinking pour-over coffee with my husband, catching up with one of my three children, traveling on an adventure, or engaged in my very favorite activity: receiving a massage!

My name is Gina Olsen. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 12 years. I also have a B.S. degree in Human Development and Family Relations from UNK.

I've always enjoyed helping people and I absolutely love what I do because I have the opportunity to enhance my clients' quality of life both physically and mentally, in a relaxing, stress-free environment.

Besides providing basic Swedish massage, my specialties include Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, and Hot Stone massage.

My husband and I have two beautiful children, ages 8 and 10. They keep us very busy! In my free time I enjoy camping, painting/crafting and reading.

After spending 32 years working in a corporate environment, I retired to pursue my second career in massage therapy.

I graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 2007 and have been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Just Relax ever since.

I offer basic Swedish massage, and I specialize in hot stone massage, reflexology, facials, and body wraps. I am also a proponent of the healing elements of essential oils, and incorporate them into my massages regularly.

I believe massage to be the first step for pain relief and lasting health - and that any time we can eliminate the need for pharmaceuticals, our body wins.

I find it easy to fill my free time with quilting, reading, gardening, cooking, traveling, and knitting. I also enjoy working with horses. My favorite times are spent with my two dogs, my kitten named Pfannkuchan, and, most importantly, my grandchildren.

I am a recent graduate of the Omaha School of Massage and Health Care Herzing University. I am also a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT 200), completing my training through Omaha Yoga & Body Works (Yoga Now).

I became interested in massage after realizing the benefits gained by myself. I feel massage is an integral part of healing the whole body. The knowledge I have through yoga and now as a massage therapist allows me to help others reap these same benefits, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to balance.

Through continuing education, I look forward to expanding my knowledge of other modalities and offering that knowledge for the benefit of our clients and their well-being.

My specialties include Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two adult children. I spend a lot of time in the great outdoors, walking with my dog, gardening, boating, and kayaking. I am also an avid reader and enjoy needle work.
