I graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 1995 at the top of my class and have been working as a massage therapist ever since. Later, I co-taught Massage Theory and Practice at the Omaha School of Massage Therapy for several years. I truly believe in how beneficial massage is for health and well-being because of my own experiences.
I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone. I also do body wraps.
I am originally from New Jersey, but the military brought me to Nebraska in 1992. I have made roots here because of my two children and four grandchildren.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my very special grandchildren, running, walking, and quilting.

The tremendous healing results I experienced as a client compelled me to pursue massage therapy as a practitioner. I attended Omaha School of Massage, received my license in 2010, and enjoy broadening my skill-base regularly through continued education.
I feel my work as a therapist brings the benefits I've experienced full-circle; I embrace the opportunity to collaborate with clients to encourage their wellness.
Aside from basic relaxing Swedish massage, my specialties include Swedish/Thai, reflexology, deep tissue, and lymph detox.
In my free time, you can find me running, quilting, catching up with one of my three adult children, loving on my grandchildren, traveling on an adventure, or engaged in my very favorite activity: receiving a massage!

I graduated from the Omaha School of Massage and Health Care Herzing University. I am also a Registered Yoga teacher (RYT 200), completing my training through Omaha Yoga & Body Works (Yoga Now).
I became interested in massage after realizing the benefits gained for myself. I feel massage is an integral part of healing the whole body. The knowledge I have gained through yoga and massage therapy allows me to help others reap these same benefits, allowing the body, mind, and spirit to balance.
Through continuing education, I look forward to expanding my knowledge of other modalities and offering that knowledge for the benefit of our clients and their well-being.
My specialties include Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stones, Body Wraps, Facials, and Deep Tissue.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two adult children. I spend a lot of time in the great outdoors, walking with my dog, gardening, boating, and kayaking. I am also an avid reader and enjoy needle work.

I graduated from the Omaha School of Massage Therapy in 2004 and have dedicated myself to the profession ever since. I've worked in a variety of settings, ranging from a 5-star resort spa to working alongside chiropractors, and eventually opening a private practice in Surprise, AZ. Family brought me back to Nebraska and I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with the community here.
Some of my continued education includes; energy work, reiki, prenatal, reflexology, cranial sacral, and medical massage.
My specialties include a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology and energy work techniques. I look forward to expanding out into Ashiatsu and Thai Modalities.
Aside from the health and wellness realm I am a nature lover and outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, creating and experiencing art, travel, and making memories with loved ones.
